Design and Development
Solid Works screen shot Design and Development. In-house design engineers utilize Solidworks 3D design software.
Reverse Engineering
In-house Faro Laser Arm Scanner utilizing Geo Magic software. The unit is portable allowing us to scan dies and molds in the shop in order to recreate tooling. As well, it allows us to scan existing product to recreate surface data and move it into Solidworks for part editing.
3D Printers
In-house rapid prototyping capabilities in an ABS resin for part design and approval purposes.
R&D
R&D Technicians with strong product and market knowledge are able to assist customers in the design and development of new products as well as provide aid in resolving product related issues.
Test Lab
Our in-house test lab has a vast array of testing equipment capable of testing to the latest BIFMA standards, as well as European standards.
Tool Room
Tool / mold makers operate within a modern tool shop with build capabilities. Our machinery ranges from conventional mills, lathes, and surface preparation equipment to the latest in CNC mills (Mastercam 10), plunge EDM and Wire EDM’s.
